CRC's clinical weight management programs - Structure House and Wellspring Retreats for adults, and Wellspring Camps, Wellspring Academies, and Wellspring Fit Clubs for adolescents - have achieved some of the best results ever recorded for initial and sustained weight loss. Employing cognitive-behavioral therapy, a low-fat diet, physical activity, and an extensive continuing care program, our programs provide people of all ages with the necessary tools, decision-making skills, and behavioral strategies to control their weight permanently.

Located throughout the United States as well as in Canada and the United Kingdom, CRC's residential weight loss facilities take a scientific approach to healthy living, providing individual nutrition counseling, behavioral workshops, personal training, and individual and group sessions with a licensed therapist to empower participants and teach them how to integrate healthy eating principles into their daily lives.
