Program Information

New Directions of Cove Forge is a 25-bed halfway house located in downtown Johnstown, Pennsylvania, that serves adult men with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues. The structured and supportive environment of New Directions empowers men to become successful in the transition from substance abuse and other destructive behaviors.

Men admitted to New Directions receive daily instruction and practice skills in the development of positive life goals and accepting responsibility. Because men suffering from a dual diagnosis of addiction and mental health issues have special needs, our multidisciplinary team of professionals works to meet these needs so our patients are empowered to achieve and maintain recovery.
