Program Description

Achieving weight loss goals and keeping the weight off requires you to change the way you think about nutrition, exercise, and the role food plays in your life. This is what makes Structure House so unique. Weight loss programs typically focus only on physical factors related to weight loss. At Structure House you begin to think of yourself as a STUDENT OF CHANGE as you learn to incorporate structure into your daily life and apply new strategies to the world around you.

If you would like to bring a spouse, friend, or other supportive person to stay with you, there are 3 differnt plans offering various levels of participation to choose from. This provides you the opportunity to choose the level of support that is most important to you.

Two-bedroom apartments are available as are pet buildings if you would like to bring a small pet with you.
