Canyon Park is a facility where methadone and suboxone are used in the detox process of opiate addicts.

Located in King County at 22026 20TH ave. SE (Suite 1010) in Bothell, Washington, the Canyon Park Treatment Solutions Clinic provides medically supervised methadone maintenance and Suboxone (buprenorphine) detox treatment to individuals who are attempting to overcome an addiction to or dependence upon heroin or other opioids.

Our staff truly understands the hardship and utter despair that a person feels when struggling with an addiction. Everybody is different and so is their path to recovery. When you come to our clinic, we listen to your specific situation and adjust your recovery plan accordingly. This is all done in an environment of compassion, trust, understanding, and patience. We have helped MANY people overcome this struggle and know that recovery is VERY possible.

Methadone hydrochloride is a synthetic “opioid agonist,” which means that it acts in a way that is similar to morphine and other narcotic medications. When used in proper doses as part of a medically supervised opioid addiction treatment program, methadone blocks cravings and other withdrawal symptoms without creating the euphoric or sedative states that result from opioid abuse.

Buprenorphine is a partial opioid receptor agonist. Like methadone, buprenorphine can relieve opioid withdrawal symptoms without producing the intoxicating effects that are associated with opioid abuse. Buprenorphine was the first medication for the treatment of opioid dependence to be approved under the Drug Addiction Treatment Act of 2000.

To be eligible for this type of treatment at the Lynnwood Clinic, prospective patients much be at least 18 years old, and must have been addicted to or dependent upon opiates for a minimum of one year prior to seeking treatment.

The national average of illegal drug use is 8%. In Washington, the average percentage of people have tried illegal drugs is ovr 10%. This shows that Washington in particular has a significant drug problem. If you know anyone who may be a user, please contact us before its too late.
