Addiction Treatment Programs
In order to serve the needs of our diverse clientele, we offer a wide range of outpatient treatment programs in multiple locations throughout Washington State.
Outpatient treatment programs include:
Intensive Outpatient – A comprehensive outpatient program that features two-hour treatment sessions, three times weekly, over a 12-week period. This program answers the requirements of Washington State courts for patients who have been ordered to complete treatment. Program elements include:
- Group therapy
- Education and lectures addressing addiction processes, recent brain research, codependency, family roles and relapse prevention
- Family reconciliation sessions
- Individual counseling
During treatment, patients learn about relevant addiction topics, set weekly treatment goals, and use group time to celebrate progress made and discuss looming challenges. Clients will also bring family members into treatment at least once a week for family therapy, ensuring that loved ones are closely involved in the treatment process.
Outpatient Treatment – Patients graduating from residential treatment or intensive outpatient often need continued support. This group offers a powerful setting to get advice and caring feedback that will help prevent relapse.
Abuse Level Treatment – This educational group helps people who have made a few bad choices in their use of drugs or alcohol. Abuse level treatment is an appropriate intervention for the person whose drug or alcohol use has become a problem but not yet solidified into an intractable habit or dependency. Topics covered include the history of addiction, drugs and their impact on the body, and many others.
Alcohol Drug Information School – A focused 8-hour class for first-time offenders cited with driving under the influence (DUI, DWI), minor in possession, driving while intoxicated and other drug-related infractions. Based on the belief that knowledge is power, the class focus is on better decision-making. We help people who are not addicts or alcohol dependent build a personalized decision-making approach to avoid future infractions.
Alcohol Drug Evaluations – People who have become involved with the court system for a variety of reasons (including family issues, driving infractions, property crimes, DUI, DWI and others) can be required to complete alcohol drug evaluations or assessments. We offer caring and fair evaluations by experienced counselors that correspond to all Washington State and Snohomish County protocols and requirements. In-custody evaluations can be arranged at an additional charge.
Deferred Prosecution Services – Washington State courts are vigilant in the prosecution of driving under the influence type offenses. Alcohol dependent individuals who have been cited for driving offenses can seek treatment and change their lives. Washington State courts allow people the chance to embrace recovery in exchange for deferring prosecution for driving under the influence. This deferred prosecution treatment program is two years in length.
Medication Assisted Treatment – Oxycontin and other opiate pill addiction has become an epidemic in Washington State. We offer an effective treatment approach that involves nurse-supervised daily opiate substitute (methadone) prescription, individual counseling, specialized group therapy, monthly urine drug screens and medical advice.
Enhanced Track – For opiate dependent patients who have court involvement or other life situations requiring in-depth treatment, we offer a recovery track combining intensive outpatient, outpatient and medication assisted treatment. This crucial intervention has saved the lives of countless individuals who have struggled to find the road to recovery in previous medication assisted treatment programs.
Aftercare -The single biggest predictor of treatment success is the length of time spent in treatment, including the length of time spent in continuing care after the completion of primary treatment.
Graduates of CRC Health outpatient programs have access to continuing care and aftercare programs. Clients can arrange for continuing contact with program staff to ensure a smooth and successful transition out of treatment and into a life of continuing recovery.
